When A Little Candle and Bath Shop outgrew their warehouse and needed another, Lakeshore Building and Design stepped in to build a new one.  Custom work was done in the interior to provide a concrete floor, windows for ventilation, a furnace for constant temperature, and a bay door for deliveries.  They now have a warehouse built to their custom needs, complete with shelving and small office.

Lakeside Landing was built as a commercial lease building. It currently houses Glacier Bank and a commercial boat craftsman.

Lakeside Family Health Center was built by Lakeshore Building and Design to facilitate local medical and physical therapy needs.

Lakeside Business Center is a community business center, comprised of several business units. Currently housing the Lakeside Library, Bill’s Boat Barn, Lakeside Athletic Club, Lakeside Chamber of Commerce, Iron Bird and Lakeside Cabinetry.

Vista Linda, a locally owned family restaurant, wanted a new restaurant in a new location. Lakeshore Building and Design was hired to build their bar, restaurant and banquet room.
