This growing family wanted to expand their space with a “Mother-in-Law” Apartment and additional garage space.  Wanting it to blend in with the existing home, the garage was built to specifications of the home to make the look and feel, as if it had always been there.

Garage Addition

This Lakeside commercial Horse training facility and ranch is managed by Lakeshore Building and Design. They maintain the property and all of its irrigation systems.

This garage was built for a local resident to accommodate larger, recreational vehicles.

Custom garage and boat storage / warehouse. Sky-lights were installed, along with extended covered parking.

Single Car Garage built in Fall of 2010.

This project began with an exclusive, Flathead Lake guest house. “Old and Funky” was the theme. The stonework visible on the lower portion of the Guest House was designed to make the building look as if it were of old construction with an old stone foundation. The garage doors were hand built from regular garage doors but designed to look old. The deck work was made to match the main house detail. The Guest House also features a screen door with custom hinges, installed with a “creaky old sound” at the request of the home owner.

The Recreation Building has an old fashioned garage look as well with the “barn door” and front doors custom built to look old.

The main house was remodeled, along with the boat shelter. New windows and roofing were installed. The entire grounds are installed with a custom irrigation system, to keep the lawns beautiful and green.

With the dedication of Scott and Ben, this compound was able to retain its rustic, old-time look, maintaining the integrity of grounds.
