Lakeshore Building

We are currently building a new home for a family located on Tamarack Terrace/Angel Point, Lakeside, MT.

Ready for Concrete

This growing family wanted to expand their space with a “Mother-in-Law” Apartment and additional garage space.  Wanting it to blend in with the existing home, the garage was built to specifications of the home to make the look and feel, as if it had always been there.

Garage Addition

This Lakeside commercial Horse training facility and ranch is managed by Lakeshore Building and Design. They maintain the property and all of its irrigation systems.

This garage was built for a local resident to accommodate larger, recreational vehicles.

Custom garage and boat storage / warehouse. Sky-lights were installed, along with extended covered parking.

When A Little Candle and Bath Shop outgrew their warehouse and needed another, Lakeshore Building and Design stepped in to build a new one.  Custom work was done in the interior to provide a concrete floor, windows for ventilation, a furnace for constant temperature, and a bay door for deliveries.  They now have a warehouse built to their custom needs, complete with shelving and small office.

Single Car Garage built in Fall of 2010.

This single family dwelling along Lakeside Blvd in Lakeside was built and designed by Lakeshore Building and Design. The house is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, with custom landscaping and irrigation and a has an attached garage.
